Meet Yaakov Ginzberg
Bli Balagan is run by Yaakov Ginzberg, who helps English speakers deal with the everyday bureaucracy and life-admin headaches of living in Israel.
Yaakov understands both sides: the Anglo frustration and the Israeli system.
His job is simple:
- Help you understand what needs to happen.
- Help you prepare what is needed.
- Help you communicate when possible.
- Help you follow up.
- And when something is doable, help get it done.

We can’t control Israeli government offices, service providers, kupot cholim, schools, municipalities, or phone companies.
We can’t promise that every office will approve every request.
But we can help you understand the process, prepare properly, communicate clearly, follow up persistently, and avoid wasting time because of missing information or confusion.
