Israeli life admin for English speakers

You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

Bituach Leumi. Arnona. Kupat Cholim. Gas bills. Pelephone. Tuition offices. Passport renewals. Hebrew forms. Government websites. Random letters you don’t understand.

Living in Israel is beautiful.

Dealing with the paperwork? Not always.

Bli Balagan helps Americans and English-speaking families in Israel handle the practical side of Israeli life. The bills, forms, offices, calls, appointments, payments, renewals, and follow-up that somehow always take longer than they should.

Why Bli Balagan?

Because most Israeli admin problems are not huge.

They are just annoying.

One letter from Bituach Leumi.

One gas bill.

One phone charge.

One tuition form.

One Kupat Cholim message.

One arnona notice.

One appointment system that does not make sense.

One Hebrew website that somehow turns a five-minute task into a morning.

That is the balagan.

And that is what we help with.

Meet Yaakov

Meet Yaakov Ginzberg

Bli Balagan is run by Yaakov Ginzberg, who helps English speakers deal with the everyday bureaucracy and life-admin headaches of living in Israel.

Yaakov understands both sides: the Anglo frustration and the Israeli system.

His job is simple:

  • Help you understand what needs to happen.
  • Help you prepare what is needed.
  • Help you communicate when possible.
  • Help you follow up.
  • And when something is doable, help get it done.

Clear expectations

What we can and can’t promise.

We can’t control Israeli government offices, service providers, kupot cholim, schools, municipalities, or phone companies.

We can’t promise that every office will approve every request.

But we can help you understand the process, prepare properly, communicate clearly, follow up persistently, and avoid wasting time because of missing information or confusion.

In plain English: if it’s doable, we work to get it done.
